COMPANY BACKGROUND
Jim Rigsby &
Associates, Inc., is an Ohio corporation formed for the purpose of
providing telecommunications consulting services and does not have
ties to any telephone company, interconnect vendor or any other
provider of equipment or services. Jim Rigsby, following his sale of
Jerico Telecommunications Consulting to KMG Main Hurdman, founded
the firm on August 1, 1986. Jerico, founded in 1975, was a large
telecommunications-consulting firm, whose major clients consisted of
hospitals, medical centers, colleges and universities. Mr. Rigsby
was founder and owner of Jerico.

The firm's founder has been in the
telecommunications business for over 35 years, having performed
telecommunications consulting activities for over 600 hospitals and
medical centers throughout the country, as well as 300 or so
non‑healthcare clients. For many years, the firm has served as the
consultant‑of‑choice for Amerinet.
JRA is considered one of the top
telecommunications consulting firms in the Midwest. One very unique
aspect of the firm is the in‑depth experience of each employee and
their involvement in the firm's consulting projects. Unlike many
telecommunications consulting firms, the principals of Jim Rigsby &
Associates perform the consulting work.
The JRA fee structure is based upon an hourly or
flat project fee, determined strictly by the needs of the client.
The firm has a staff of four professional consultants and has access
to other specialty services provided by various boutique‑consulting
companies. With client approval, specially qualified personnel from
outside the firm may be brought into a project.
The firm takes pride on the fact that long‑term
relationships have been developed with many clients. The
relationship with some hospital/medical center clients goes back
more than twenty years. The Consultant of Choice relationship with
Amerinet is more than twenty years old and JRA has the longest
vendor relationship with Amerinet than any of the dozens of vendors
